Abigail Miezah is my name.
A sociable, open minded, modest, capable personality.
A senior nursing officer, a motivational speaker and relationship expert. In my spare time, I visit the cinema, listen to music or visit some older folks.

The belief that someday most or all elder persons in Ghana – Africa will be much more enlightened to share their voice in the development of nation building, drives me to the challenge to achieve more.
Inspired by the many responses from both older and younger generation about our initiative to stop elder abuse and promote ageism – Various activities carried out by Guardians of the Gray Masters Foundation gave me a deep appreciation for how non-profits seeks to improve the quality of life of people in my country; one program at a time.
